Three Years of Results|Where Have LAMT Alumni Gone?

Every admissions season brings excitement, anticipation and, of course, results. Which students received offers? Which schools made the list? These are often the questions everyone wants answered.

But a single year only tells part of the story.

So this year, instead of looking at one set of results, we are taking a step back and looking at the bigger picture. Where have LAMT students gone over the past three years? What have they studied, and which schools and cities have become the next stop in their journey?

Between 2024 and 2026, LAMT Musical students received 37 offers from institutions across the UK, US and Asia, at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. These offers span a range of disciplines, from Musical Theatre and Acting to Music Performance, Drama and Direction.

More than just numbers, these results reflect the different choices our students have made, and many different ways a career in the performing arts can begin.

Three Years, 37 Offers: A Growing Map of Opportunities

Between 2024 and 2026, our students received 21 postgraduate offers and 16 undergraduate offers.

The UK remains the most popular destination. Offers have included institutions such as the Royal Academy of Music, Royal Northern College of Music, Trinity Laban, Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Mountview, Leeds Conservatoire and Goldsmiths.

Goldsmiths and Trinity Laban have appeared consistently across the three years, alongside a wide range of conservatoires, universities and specialist arts institutions.

The journey has also extended beyond the UK, with offers from institutions including Manhattan School of Music, AMDA, Temple University, the University of Michigan, Shanghai Conservatory of Music, Beijing Dance Academy and Singapore Raffles Music College.

From London, Manchester and Leeds to New York, Michigan and cities across Asia, our students are building an increasingly diverse map of opportunities.

There Is More Than One Route into Musical Theatre

One of the clearest things we see when looking across three years of results is that Musical Theatre is not the only route our students take.

Our students have received offers for courses in Musical Theatre, Acting, Drama, Vocal Performance, Opera, Music Performance, Theatre Arts, Stage and Screen Acting, and Performance Design and Practice.

This reflects the interdisciplinary nature of musical theatre itself. Some students want to strengthen their vocal training. Others are more interested in acting, while some are beginning to explore directing, design or wider theatrical practice.

The right course, therefore, is not always simply the most prestigious one. It is the one that fits the student — their abilities, interests, ambitions and the kind of performer they want to become.

The past three years have shown us just how many different possibilities are available within arts education.

One More Offer Means One More Choice

Many of our students have received more than one offer during the application process.

At LAMT, we work with each student individually to create a tailored school selection strategy, helping them identify their dream choices, main targets and safer options. Across the past three years, our students have received an average of 2-3 offers each.

Having a choice is always better than simply waiting to be chosen. With several offers in hand, students can consider the course, location, training environment and their own long-term plans before deciding where they want to go next.

For us, the admissions process is not simply about getting into the most prestigious school. It is about finding the right fit.

That is why our support goes beyond auditions and applications. We want students to understand their strengths, identify the direction that suits them, and feel confident making their own decision when the offers arrive.

Three Years of Results, and the Beginning of Many Journeys

Looking back at the results from 2024 to 2026, we see much more than a list of institutions.

Behind every offer is a student who has prepared auditions, chosen repertoire, developed their performance skills, attended interviews and navigated the application process. And every offer marks the beginning of another chapter.

There is no single definition of success, and there is no single route that works for everyone. What matters to us is that students leave the process with a clearer understanding of themselves, a course that genuinely suits them, and the skills and confidence to take their next step.

Three years on, the list will continue to grow. And behind every offer will be a different journey, a different choice and a different story. For LAMT, those stories are what make the results worth celebrating.
