Taiwan North-Central-South Tour! “One Song Glory” Masterclass

LAMT Musical’s long-running online event, “One Song Glory: Open Mic Night,” has been warmly received since its launch, drawing musical theatre enthusiasts each month to share and connect. In December 2025, for the very first time, this event will travel to Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung, marking the only in-person tour of the year!

This is not a competition, nor a formal performance, but a safe, welcoming, and interactive space for sharing songs. Participants may sing a musical theatre number they are currently rehearsing or simply join as audience members to enjoy and learn. Whether you are a regular LAMT student or new to musical theatre, this stage is a place to express yourself, gain feedback and find inspiration. Those who wish to join regularly can also take part in our monthly online editions, growing together with fellow enthusiasts from around the world.

🎶 Warm-up Led by Leon, each session begins with vocal basics, physical warm-ups, and guided discussions, helping everyone get into the best state.

🎤 Each event is limited to 5 performers and 5 auditors, ensuring an intimate class with plenty of interaction where every voice can be heard.

💬 Audiences can share thoughts in real-time, while singers may ask questions and receive peer and teacher support.

🎭 Leon offers vocal and acting notes, with live demonstrations when needed, helping singers clearly find their breakthroughs.

🌍 In addition to attending in person, participants may also join via Zoom, ensuring access wherever you are.

Artistic Director of LAMT Musical, Leon holds a Master’s in Musical Theatre from the Royal Academy of Music, London, and continues to perform actively across stages in the UK. He specialises in “character-driven vocal expression,” helping students not only sing accurately but also convey story and emotion.

With extensive international coaching experience, Leon has successfully guided many students through applications to top musical theatre schools in the UK and US, as well as ABRSM qualifications. At “One Song Glory,” Leon acts as a steadfast mentor, ensuring each participant leaves with growth and joy.

This is a stage without judges and without pressure. You may try out a new song, simulate a performance environment, or benefit from peer and audience feedback. For those preparing exams or shows, it is an excellent rehearsal opportunity; for audiences, it is a chance to experience the magic of musical theatre up close.

Many participants, after joining “One Song Glory,” have found joy in performing and chosen to return regularly for the online edition, or even continued with one-to-one online coaching—this is, after all, the goal behind the event: to help more people discover their stage and growth path through musical theatre.

The “One Song Glory” Masterclass is more than an event—it is a journey of courage, expression and mutual support. This winter, let’s create lasting memories together through song.
